This web site, mostly in polish, features useful information about one of J.R.R. Tolkien's writing systems: Fëanor's Tengwar. The site contains tables and explanatations, as well as an image gallery and a list of transcription tools and computer fonts. It also hosts the famous oTT ("online Tengwar Transcriber") that allows to transcribe a text into tengwar and to visualize it under different formats.
The website of the Mythopoeic Society : a non-profit international literary and educational organization for the study, discussion, and enjoyment of fantasy and mythic literature, especially the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Charles Williams. The Mythopoeic Society publishes the journal Mythlore.
This website and the related publications and projects are intended to encourage and assist people in learning to speak, read and write the Elvish languages. Tyalië Tyelelliéva is also the name of a journal published by the site owner, offering articles about and compositions in Tolkien's languages, and occasionally publishing previously unpublished linguistic texts by Tolkien. The site also provides a list of unpublished or slightly published linguistic texts by Tolkien.
We have discovered, in our searches, some fonts based on the writing systems created by the immortal J.R.R. Tolkien. PC fonts are available from links on our Tolkien Language Guide page.
